Globus Waste provides tricycle-first, tech-enabled waste collection services in Ghana. Our services include residential and commercial waste pickup, recycling services, and related environmental sustainability solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Ensure waste is properly segregated and prepared for collection
  • Pay all fees associated with services in a timely manner
  • Comply with all local waste management regulations

4. Service Fees and Payments

Service fees are outlined in our pricing section and may vary based on location, service type, and frequency. Payment is required prior to service delivery. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and are subject to our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Globus Waste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
